Tapestry charges are calculated on a per-person basis.
This price includes: full table service, bartenders, linens, coffee and cake cutting services for a four hour event*. The price also includes all room charges and there is no required gratuity. No additional room charge or gratuity will be added to the total bill.
Liquor, beer and wine can be supplied to you through a licensed distributor or you may supply your own. A cash bar is not allowed. A $750.00 deposit will secure your desired date for your night-time event, a $250.00 deposit for your day-time event. A 6% sales tax will be added to the final bill.

Per person rates are based on 100 guests or more for evening events, 50 guests or more for daytime events.
(We are also happy to assist you with smaller groups, please call our office for pricing.)
* All per-person prices are for an event lasting four (4) hours. A modest $60.00 will be added for each additional hour you request.
